Chopstix Group, which owns and operates the eponymous chain of 75 noodle restaurants across the country, has promoted Max Hilton Jenvey to the newly created post of global head of franchise to lead international expansion. Jenvey joined Chopstix in 2015 as chief operating officer and during his tenure the brand has tripled its estate to 75 sites.
